This project consists of new construction for a 53,900 SF four-story apartment-style student housing building. The multifamily building is comprised of 29 apartments with 93 bedrooms total. Amenities include common areas, work/study spaces and collaboration rooms, and an outdoor courtyard with grilling areas.
