Catamount has completed 12 design-build Land Ports of Entry (LPOE) projects located in Morgan and Whitetail, MT; Antler, Noonan, Carbury, Hansboro, Sherwood, and Westhope, ND; Churubusco, NY; Antelope Wells, NM; Pittsburg, NH; and, Pinnacle Road, VT. Each design-build project entails specialized architecture to blend with the natural environment, fine-tuned scheduling and project management to account for short building seasons in remote locations with potential extreme weather conditions, energy-efficient design and construction elements to result in LEED certification, environmental modifications to bridging documents to avoid or mitigate concerns such as wetlands and fragile areas, and value engineering solutions whenever possible to reduce front-end costs and long-term operation expenses.
