This project consists of new wood-frame construction for a 58,100 SF two-story senior living community. The building is comprised of 45 assisted living units and 19 memory care units. Amenities include a bistro, a dining room, full kitchen, a fitness center, a community room, reading lounges, and an outdoor courtyard.
