Presbyterian / St. Luke’s Medical Center – Sterile Processing Department

This project consists of an 11,160 SF renovation and expansion of the hospital's existing Sterile Processing Department including adding infrastructure for new owner-furnished sterilizers and reconfiguration of the SPD delivered in three phases. The scope of work included building a bridge over the washers to create a working swing space below and a platform above for direct ceiling access, maintaining full facility operations.
