Catamount is proud to announce the promotion of Alvin Williams to Director of Field Operations, recognizing his leadership, experience, and lasting impact on field execution across our projects.

Alvin brings more than 36 years of construction industry experience and has spent nearly seven years at Catamount, where he has played a key role in overseeing day-to-day field operations. In his role, Alvin manages jobsite activities including subcontractor coordination, site logistics, equipment and material deliveries, and final walk-throughs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

A strong advocate for safety, Alvin holds multiple certifications in tactical construction methodologies and is a Certified First Responder. His proactive approach to jobsite safety and risk management reflects Catamount’s commitment to protecting people while delivering best-in-class results.
