With an impressive 20-year background in construction and development, Bernida brings a wealth of experience to drive Catamount’s continued expansion into the thriving Build to Rent market. Her expertise and strategic mindset will strengthen Catamount’s position as an industry leader while fostering valuable relationships with key partners.

Throughout her career, Bernida has successfully overseen a wide range of projects across multiple markets, including Build to Rent, multifamily, senior housing, government, office, retail, industrial, and tenant improvement. In her most recent role at a real estate investment company, she spearheaded the development of suburban multifamily properties, Build to Rent projects, and affordable housing initiatives.

As Vice President for Catamount’s Build to Rent (BTR) market, Bernida assumes a crucial role in Catamount’s growth strategy. She will prioritize the cultivation and maintenance of strong relationships with BTR project partners, while also collaborating with clients to develop effective strategies that ensure project goals are met at every stage. Bernida’s implementation of process improvement, risk mitigation, and team building initiatives will establish a solid foundation for profitable projects. Working closely with other Catamount leaders, she will develop a comprehensive and seamless approach to deliver for clients. By aligning with clients’ goals, objectives, and priorities, Bernida will consistently deliver exceptional results and cement Catamount’s reputation as an industry leader.
