NATIONAL (April 24, 2023) – Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 General Contractor, is pleased to announce the hiring of Ken Thomas as Project Executive for its new Tampa, Florida office.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Ken brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex construction projects across a range of markets, including industrial, government, manufacturing, and education. He has an exceptional track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As Project Executive, Ken will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with project owners, as well as planning, organizing, and scheduling to optimize manpower, material, and equipment utilization. He will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategic plans that align with their goals, objectives, project scope, timelines, priorities, and budgets.

Catamount is opening its new Tampa office and returning to Savannah, GA with an office opening in May 2023 to establish a local presence and expand new and existing client relationships. Catamount has demonstrated success in the larger Florida industrial market, and the new office location will help Catamount’s clients capitalize on Florida’s explosive industrial growth, with the area experiencing 20-year low vacancy rates.

Stephanie Martinez, Vice President of Industrial at Catamount, will oversee the new Tampa office.
