NATIONAL (September 24, 2024) – Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, announces new Board of Directors member Brian Natwick.

Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Crescent Communities, Brian brings over 27 years of experience in real estate investment and development. His career includes leadership roles at Centex Construction, Skanska USA Building, and Moss & Associates, where he managed high-profile projects for clients including Walt Disney Imagineering and Hilton/LXR Luxury Resorts. Brian’s deep industry knowledge and strategic insight will be a significant asset to Catamount as it continues to pursue sustainable growth and success for employee-owners.

A prominent figure in both business and civic arenas, Brian is actively involved in various community and industry boards, including the Charlotte Executive Leadership Council and Queens University of Charlotte. His commitment to leadership extends beyond his professional accomplishments, enriching the communities he serves.

As a member of Catamount’s Board of Directors, Brian will leverage his immense experience in construction and real estate development and leadership to advance Catamount’s strategic initiatives.

Brian holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University.
