2025 showcased Catamount’s core values in action. Employee-owners shared success, drove performance, moved forward with purpose, and stayed authentic while fostering relationships. From client achievements to community impact and leadership growth, our teams demonstrated how passion, collaboration, and pride deliver results that matter, today and in the future.
Share Success
We build, win, and celebrate as one
Our employee-owners view success as a team effort. We celebrate achievements that demonstrate pride, dedication, and collaboration, including 28 years of community building and innovative projects, in February. In April, we received the Private Company Board of the Year Award and held our annual Owner’s Summit to share ideas, celebrate milestones, and reflect on lessons learned. October highlighted ESOP Month, giving our employee-owners the chance to honor their ownership of the work.
In November, we recognized the contributions of an entire project team for their proactive management. Their innovative plans enabled us to significantly reduce costs without compromising our client’s vision for the project’s aesthetics. “The team’s sacrifice, hard work, and willingness to help are excellent examples of our core value to share success,” said Brandon Moore, Vice President with Catamount.
Enjoy Relationships
We embrace, foster, and own them
Strong relationships form the foundation of our success. Trust, teamwork, and genuine care enable our teams and partners to give their best effort.
This year, employee-owners connected through Meet-and-Greet gatherings, summer BBQs, team-building events, and seasonal celebrations. Company-wide activities like the Wild West Relay and the wellness challenge brought teams together and reinforced our commitment to supporting one another.
Jax exemplifies this value through her leadership and engagement with her teammates. She has served as captain of our softball team, joined the ESOP Committee, and contributed to initiatives such as Women for Catamount. Since joining the company, she has brought contagious positive energy, stepped up across multiple initiatives, and strengthened her team through collaboration and support. Her dedication shows how building relationships drives both personal and team success.
Our 80 percent repeat client rate reflects the strength of these bonds. When we build trust, stay engaged, and support each other, we create partnerships that last.
Drive Performance
We don’t coast
Ownership and pride drive performance, and our ESOP culture makes it personal. Employee-owners stay engaged, responsible, and committed because they have a stake in the outcome.
We invest in our employee-owners through programs like the Emerging Leaders Program, Leadership Academy, and BetterUp coaching, guiding their careers with planning, mentoring, and training in processes, regulations, and safety. These efforts strengthen teams, create growth, and benefit clients through quality and proactive problem-solving.
Todd truly embodies his dedication to driving performance. His teammates recognized him for his outstanding efforts in coordinating challenging field efforts, mentoring team members, and sharing valuable best practices. His leadership kept an active project on track and improved the team’s skills for future projects.

Go Forward
We take action and lead fearlessly
Moving forward begins with people. We value our employee-owners, clients, partners, and communities, and that commitment is reflected in our work. Teams demonstrate passion, persistence, and expertise by staying engaged, asking insightful questions, and taking initiative. This drive helps clients make informed decisions and ensures consistency across every project.
Our employee-owners take responsibility in their daily routines to support their teammates. For example, Jeff was recognized by his teammates after spending six months meeting with them twice a week to teach various trades. He prepared detailed materials for each session, reviewed relevant plans, and explained what should be included in the scope of work for each trade. Through his patience and dedication, Jeff helped his teammates develop a deeper understanding and stronger estimating skills, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to helping others succeed.

Be Authentic
We are honest, humble, and ever-growing
Authenticity shapes our relationships, fostering honest collaboration and project success by being approachable, intentional, and open to new ideas. Employee-owners demonstrated authenticity through service by volunteering at events such as Women in Construction Week, Feeding Tampa Bay, and Sky High for Kids, demonstrating our commitment to communities.
The Catamount Foundation’s golf tournaments raised over $150,000 for construction-related causes, benefiting employee-owners and the community. Scholarships were awarded at Clemson, LSU, Metro State, and Texas A&M. The Foundation also supported Camp CAMP and the Cajun Navy after the July floods in Texas. Additionally, $10,000 was donated to the ACE Mentor Program of America’s scholarship fund in honor of industry leader Mark Casso. ACE connects students with construction professionals to bridge the skills gap.
Jerri exemplifies this value in her work every day. Her teammates recognized her leadership, praising her as a servant leader who values others, stays true to her principles, and inspires with strength and integrity. Her guidance and mentorship make teammates feel valued and supported.
Looking Ahead
This year demonstrated the strength of Catamount’s core values and the dedication of our employee-owners. We celebrated successes, achieved strong results, moved forward with purpose, and stayed true to who we are.
Together, we strengthened teams, supported communities, and built momentum for the year to come. We are ready for new opportunities and invite our partners and communities to help shape what comes next with us.
