When industry-wide switchgear shortages threatened to delay projects, we took decisive action—partnering with an electrician to procure and store a dozen 2000-amp switchgears. The depth of our market knowledge and ability to provide proactive solutions is showcased in our work with BMW Gwinnett Place in Duluth, GA. This recent open renovation project included the demolition and renovation of 24,000 square feet and the scope of work included complete demolition and ground-up construction of a new sales building, as well as renovations of the service building with a new service drive, all while ensuring business continued without disruption.
The challenge was twofold: relocating the service drive, a critical element of vehicle service operations, while keeping facilities fully operational, and moving the sales team to a temporary location without sacrificing productivity. This required meticulous logistics planning to safeguard operations and minimize disruption to the client’s ability to serve their customers.
Drawing on our deep understanding of BMW Gwinnett Place’s business, we developed a phased approach, including customized safety protocols which allowed service operations to continue uninterrupted. Every detail—from temporary workspaces to customer access—was carefully coordinated, guaranteeing their staff and customers remained informed and safe. Our proactive communication and execution enabled us to deliver an exceptional product on time while upholding BMW Gwinnett Place’s high service standards with minimal impact on their day-to-day operations.
