DENVER, CO (June 5, 2025) Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, is proud to announce the promotion of Emily Livorsi to Chief People Officer.

Since joining Catamount as Vice President of People in 2022, Emily has been instrumental in elevating the company’s leadership development programs, strengthening its culture, and driving strategic employee-owner initiatives—building on the strong foundation established in the early years of the People Team. Her promotion reflects Catamount’s continued investment in a values-driven, empowering employee-owner experience and underscores the strategic importance of people leadership in shaping the company’s future.

With over 14 years of experience in management consulting, HR technology, and executive coaching, Emily brings a thoughtful, personal, data-informed approach to growing talent and aligning people strategy with business performance. Before joining Catamount, she played a key role in supporting several of the company’s internal leadership development programs as a trusted consulting partner, laying the groundwork for long-term impact.

In her role, Emily leads Catamount’s people operations, including Human Resources, recruiting, leadership development, and cultural health—driving programs that empower employee-owners to grow, lead, and thrive across the company. She is instrumental in developing and driving strategic plan initiatives across the company.

Emily holds both a PhD and Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Latin American Studies from Rutgers University.
