Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 contractor, is pleased to welcome Heather Tuskowski as Vice President of Operations for its Atlanta Business Unit. 

Tuskowski brings more than 25 years of construction, operations, and leadership experience across the Southeast. Her work spans multiple market sectors, including hospitality, office, retail, medical, and government. She has led many high-profile developments and most recently served in a senior leadership role at Winter Construction. Heather is known for her calm, thoughtful, and disciplined leadership style, paired with a strong operational mindset.

A U.S. Army veteran and a Bucknell University graduate, Tuskowski brings both rigor and perspective to her work. In her new role, she will support Catamount’s continued growth across the Southeast, help advance the company’s diversification efforts, and strengthen its commitment to developing leaders at every level.
