Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, is pleased to announce that Kathleen Callaway has joined the company as Project Executive for its Build-to-Rent (BTR) division. With over 20 years of experience in the multifamily sector, Kathleen assumes a key leadership role focused on strengthening partnerships and delivering value for Catamount’s BTR clients.

In her new role, Kathleen will help steer strategic project direction, support stakeholder alignment, and ensure the delivery of best-in-class BTR communities that meet today’s evolving renter needs. She will be based in San Antonio, focusing on projects across Austin and San Antonio, two of Catamount’s fastest-growing BTR markets.

Known for her operational insight and collaborative approach, she employs a strong team-oriented mindset on every project.
