Relationship-focused leader joins Atlanta team to deepen client partnerships and support continued growth across the Southeast

Catamount Constructors, a 100% employee-owned general contractor, is pleased to welcome Nicholas Womack as Director of Business Development. Based in Atlanta, Womack will focus on building relationships with developers, owners, and industry partners; connecting them with Catamount teams and resources; and identifying where the company’s experience can support their projects and long-term plans.

Womack brings more than 15 years of business development, sales, and leadership experience, including a strong background in the construction industry. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Developer Services for The Erosion Company, where he led an emerging division serving clients across the Southeast and beyond. He previously served as Director of Business Development for BERRONG Commercial Services, helping expand the company into the commercial construction market and establish relationships with leading industrial contractors.

He will be a great resource for our team as we continue building relationships and creating opportunities across the Southeast.”

At Catamount, Womack will serve as a connection point between clients, industry partners, and internal teams, helping bring the right people and resources together early. He will support market strategy, develop new relationships, and help Catamount stay closely connected to clients as their businesses and project needs evolve.

Womack earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
