
TAMPA, FL (August 14, 2025) – Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, is pleased to announce Wes Saleeb has joined the company as Director of Preconstruction in its Tampa office. With a strong background in leading preconstruction teams and managing high value estimating efforts across Florida and beyond, Wes brings nearly a decade of experience in building lasting client partnerships and delivering strategic project solutions.
Wes joins Catamount from Walbridge, where he served as Florida Preconstruction Leader. In this role, he led a multidisciplinary team, focusing on delivering conceptual budgets, benchmarking strategies, and GMPs, while driving innovations in constructability reviews, subcontractor engagement, and preconstruction benchmarking practices. Before Walbridge, Wes held leadership roles at The Beck Group, Batson-Cook Construction, DPR Construction, and Hensel Phelps Construction Co., contributing to a diverse portfolio of commercial and institutional projects.
Throughout his career, Wes has earned a reputation for his collaborative approach, market insight, and ability to guide clients from early planning through project execution. His experience offers broad expertise across various project types. He worked on federal projects and developed work with private investors. Wes is well-versed in the planning and execution of mega projects with a strong focus on complex healthcare facilities, starting from early design phases to execution. His leadership will play a crucial role in advancing Catamount’s growth and supporting the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence in Florida.

Wes holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from MSA University (validated by Greenwich University, UK).
