Ginnie is a talented female Project Manager, specializing in industrial projects and currently working on an industrial facility in Tucson, AZ.
What are you most proud of doing in your career?
Creating strong relationships, I love working with a great team and letting others know their hard work is appreciated.
What unique skills do you think women bring to the AEC industry?
Diversity in problem-solving and a mixture of personality – bring a good balance to the industry.
Who has been your strongest industry advocate or mentor?
Two of my Project Managers taught me not to sweat the small stuff and to always find the positive in a very stressful world.
What has it meant to you to have them be a part of your career progression?
When someone I look up to encourages my growth and reaffirms I’m ready to move up, it’s very humbling and inspiring.
What is the best advice you have received in your career?
Never stop learning – Assume you know very little(or nothing), and ask as many questions as you can.
