Alloy Sunnyside

The Alloy Sunnyside Apartments project consists of new construction for a ground-up, 258,950 SF, eight-story market-rate apartment building consisting of 209 studio and one-bedroom units. Amenities include a clubhouse, work pods and co-working spaces, a fitness center, a pool, retail on the first floor, and a game and recreation lawn. Alloy is built within the Sunnyside community and neighborhood that features easy and walkable access to dining, entertainment, and shopping.
