This project consists of new wood-frame construction for a 126,820 SF four-story senior living community comprised of 120 units for assisted living and memory care, and a walk-out basement. Amenities include a full commercial kitchen, dining rooms, event rooms, a fitness and yoga studio with fitness & wellness programs, a game room, a bistro & pub, library, salon & spa, clinic space, an outdoor plaza and community decks, and limited detached carports.
