This 149,574 SF project is Colorado's first build-to-rent community with a total of 123-units, consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom single-level track homes, complete with private backyards and described as a "deconstructed garden-complex apartment". Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pools, dog parks, grills, fire pits, walking paths, and parks. This is the first of three build-to-rent communities for NexMetro Communities in the Denver Metro area.
