Avilla Prairie Center is NexMetro Communities' second project of build-to-rent communities. The complex consists of 136-units, of one-, two- and three-bedroom single-level track homes, with 14 detached garages on a 12-acre site. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool area, and dog parks.
