Avilla Prairie Center

Avilla Prairie Center (now operating under a different owner and name) was NexMetro Communities’ second build-to-rent community. The complex consisted of 136 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom track homes, with 14 detached garages on a 12-acre site, totaling 155,300 SF. Amenities included a clubhouse, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, spa/hot tub, fire pit, walking paths, and dog parks. Homes in the neighborhood also featured a private backyard, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, washer/dryers, granite countertops, and fireplaces.
