This project consists of new wood-frame construction for a 138,400 SF three-story senior living facility built on 8.18 acres, consisting of 151 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units and 101 associated parking spaces. Amenities include three restaurants, cafe, community room, greenhouse, salon and nail spa, media lounge, health club, rooftop patio, theater, and art studio.
