Catamount has worked on a few projects at the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus, the first was the Castle Rock Medical Office Building (MOB). This building was a 62,000 SF, ground-up, three-story, steel structure on the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus. In addition, Catamount completed the tenant build-out of three spaces for Castle Rock Dental Group (3,800 SF tenant improvement), HealthFit (10,000 SF build-out), and RidgeGate OBGYN (5,200 SF build-out).
Catamount also completed the Healing Gardens project on the campus. The Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Healing Gardens is adjacent to the MOB. The scope of work consists of exterior work including landscaping, irrigation, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water line, and hardscaping with several unique site furnishings including a large water feature. The site also includes lighting, a gas grill, a sculpture, and a children's playhouse.
