Castle Rock Personal Warehouse

This project consists of new construction for 4 ground-up Personal Warehouse buildings totaling 37 units at 51,750 SF and built on a 7-acre site. The scope of work included CMU block buildings with metal roofs, restrooms within the units, mezzanines, roll-up doors, and associated sitework.
