This project consists of 448 units comprised of 19 three-story walk-up buildings, 10 carriage houses, 3 stand-alone garage buildings, 7 townhome buildings, and a three-story clubhouse built on a 25-acre site. Amenities include a deck with a 3,000 SF pool and a connecting spa water feature, grilling stations, lounge areas, and cabanas, a lounge area, co-working spaces and a private conference room, a 24-hour fitness center connected within the clubhouse, a 15-mile bike trail that runs through the community, a community ampitheater with a fire pit and green space, a dog park, on-site parking garages, and vehicle charging stations.
