DCP Integrated Controls Center

This project consists of a 25,00 SF renovation to an existing tenant space on the 23rd floor of Republic Plaza in downtown Denver. Within the renovation space is the 1,000 SF ICC which has a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) characteristics. Access to SCIFs is limited to those individuals with appropriate security clearances. Raised access flooring was used throughout the entire renovation to accommodate data and electrical wiring configurations for the ICC and the flexible office furniture layout.
