This project consists of new wood-frame construction for a 77,100 SF two-story assisted living and memory care community built on 4.49 acres, and is comprised of 96 assisted living and memory care units, and 48 associated parking spaces. Amenities include two restaurants, a café, community room, greenhouse, salon and nail spa, media lounge, health club, rooftop patio, theater, art studio and memory garden.
