Douglas Hill Spec Warehouse Development

The Douglas Hill Spec Warehouse Development project was the design-build of two tilt wall speculative warehouses, totaling 694,500 SF on 69 acres. Building One is a single-story, 208,000 SF spec warehouse and Building Two is a two-story, 486,500 SF spec warehouse. Between the two buildings, there is a total of 124 dock doors and 424 parking spaces.
