Edera Apartments

The Edera Apartments project consists new construction for a ground-up, 328,000 SF apartment complex consisting of 287 three-story walk-up units, a stand-alone clubhouse, a pool with lounge areas, a spa, and an outdoor amenity area with walking paths, covered seating spaces, and outdoor games/sports areas.
