Gardens of Saint Elizabeth

This project is a three-story, 48-unit, 38,400 SF assisted living and memory care community. The first phase of the project included renovating the existing high-rise structure, then a second existing building was demolished and a parking lot was constructed. Phase two consisted of new construction of an addition to the existing high-rise. To reduce the height of the floor structure and comply with non-combustible code requirements, Catamount implemented a unique structure of studs and hollow core concrete planks, typically not used in senior living structures.
