Gwinnett Place BMW Renovation

The Gwinnett Place BMW Renovation project is the demolition and renovation at an existing car dealership. Scope of work includes complete demolition and ground-up construction of new sales building, as well as renovations to the service building with a new service drive, training rooms, and breakrooms. Our team also completed a renovation of an old storage area into a high-end office space. This space served as an office space for the tenant's executive leadership team.
