The Hayloft Cottages Big Creek project is the 220,881 SF ground-up construction of a 113 unit build-to-rent active adult residential development. Site includes six different building types, a clubhouse, and amenities including pickleball courts, gardening areas, and a maintenance shed. The development consists of both one- and two-story units with multiple turnover phases.
