Hilliard Assisted Living

This project consists of new wood-frame construction for a 87,530 SF ground-up assisted living and memory care community built of 7.3 acres. The building consists of 100 assisted living and memory care units and 65 associated parking spaces. Amenities include two restaurants, a commercial kitchen, café, a dining room, community room, greenhouse, salon and nail spa, media lounge, reading lounges, health club, rooftop patio, theater, art studio, and a library with a business center.
