The Legacy at Fitzsimons Village project was a five-story wrap market-rate apartment complex project consisting of 381,503 SF, 363-units and two townhome buildings built on four acres. Amenities include a pool, rooftop sky lounge, a courtyard with outdoor seating, a grill and fire pits, a second courtyard complete with a lap pool, spa, and a yoga deck, a speakeasy lounge, a two-story fitness center with a yoga studio and spinning room, and a ski/bicycle repair shop.
