McClure 18

The McClure 18 project is the ground-up construction of a 187,000 SF build-to-suit manufacturing warehouse. Scope of work includes a build-out with 179,400 SF of warehouse space and 7,600 SF of office space on 21.27 acres. Scope also includes asphalt paving, different thicknesses on SOG, a detention pond, five overhead cranes, and two gantry cranes.
