The Mellow Mushroom - Grant Park project was the 3,336 SF interior and exterior demolition and renovation of an existing space into a new concept restaurant for Mellow Mushroom. Located along a new extension of the Atlanta Beltline, this reimagined space caters to city-living diners seeking their favorite Mellow Mushroom flavors in a fresh, fast-casual setting.
