MODA Clemson Apartments

The MODA Clemson project is a 232,000 SF, state-of the art, mixed-use student housing development located on College Avenue, just blocks away from downtown Clemson and walking distance to Clemson’s campus. Scope of work includes the ground-up construction of a five-story structure sprawling across two acres, featuring 159 student apartments with a mix of studio, one-, two-, & three-bedroom units, 1,500 SF of ground-floor retail spaces, 214 structured parking spaces, and top-notch amenities. These include a sky lounge, study rooms, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a gym, and a putting green.
