OneSource Tenant Improvement

This project was a 11,000 SF interior renovation of an existing single-story office building into new office space for OneSource. Highlighted features include brick tile walls, cedar beams, exposed ductwork, and sliding glass office doors. Scope of work included conference rooms, private offices, an interior dog play area, future expansion areas, and a recycled shipping container in the break room.
