The Catamount team completed this 5-story, wood-framed, multifamily apartment building consisting of 238 units, a dog wash station, bike repair area, outdoor fitness center, and a fifth floor party room with deck space. The project also includes the renovation of an existing 9,000 SF building originally constructed in the 30’s to accommodate a fitness center and office/retail space.
