Peanut Factory Lofts

This 64,500 SF peanut factory in downtown San Antonio was completely transformed into a 102-unit market-rate apartment complex. The existing silos and peanut factory were renovated into eight student housing micro-apartments, 19 one- and two-bedroom units, and a 3,000 SF penthouse. The new building addition has 15 townhomes and 30 one-and two-bedroom units.
