Penske United BMW - Sales & Service was a 50,000 SF, four-phased demolition and remodel of the existing sales building and service lanes at a busy BMW dealership. Renovations include demolition and installation of walls, ceilings, millwork, finishes, plumbing fixtures, data cabling, and new fire alarm devices. The sales and service center both remained open and operational during construction.
