Project consists of the construction of a new office/distribution facility, including approx 27,000SF of office space including a 200 seat auditorium, hospitality room, conditioned wine cool room in the warehouse, warehouse offices. Construction of the facility is precast concrete wall panel construction with steel frame. Roofing system is 60 mil TPO roofing system. Fire protection is ESFR.
