This project consists of new construction for a 13,770 SF single-story fertility clinic. The clinic is comprised of two procedure areas, eight exam rooms, four ultrasound rooms, an in-vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory space, a yoga studio, and acupuncture therapy areas.
