Smith Medical Direct Specialty Care

This project consists of a complete tenant improvement on the second floor of an existing medical office building for Smith Medical Direct Specialty Care. The scope of work for this 9,100 SF TI included renovating spaced to suit two Operation Rooms, a cleanroom, a decontamination room, a scrub station, locker rooms, a medical supply room, breakroom, private lactation and nursing space, and waiting and reception areas.
