Southern Tire Mart was an adaptive reuse of an existing dry-cleaning facility into a Tire Service Center for 18-wheel trucks. The renovation consisted of the demolition of the “front” building and constructing a new high bay structure to support administration and truck service, the renovation of the “middle” brick and steel building into a high-bay tire storage facility and the “rear” pre-engineered building into a pull-through truck service center.
