The Commons Student Housing

The Commons Student Housing project was a 250,000 SF four-story student housing project located just blocks from Colorado State University's Campus in Fort Collins, CO. The development includes 221 units comprised of 665 beds and a separate five-story mixed-use building with 7,400 SF of retail space. Both buildings were built to be energy efficient.
