Our services include general contracting, construction management, sustainable construction, design-build, cost estimating, conceptual budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.

1997

FOUNDED

Catamount is incorporated in the State of Colorado on February 25th and opens a small office in Evergreen.

1999

ATLANTA OFFICE

Catamount opens the Atlanta office.

2001

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL

Catamount is first listed in the Denver Business Journal’s “Top 25 General Contractors” list.

2002

INC. 500 FASTEST GROWING CO.

Catamount is ranked in INC. Magazine’s “The INC. 500 America’s Fastest
Growing Companies”.

2005

ENR TOP 400

Catamount is ranked on the ENR’s “TOP 400”.

2011

OPENED SAN ANTONIO OFFICE

Catamount opens a San Antonio office.

2017

We back this focus with a formal safety program developed specifically for our employee-owners and subcontractors, and a commitment from every individual throughout the company to create a safe and positive work environment.

Our comprehensive program incorporates several specialized training programs to meet or exceed OSHA requirements, including:

Routine safety training for operation employees
Monthly Project Executive, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager trainings
Safety Moment included in all meetings
Biweekly Safety Blitz meetings and education
Weekly job site safety meetings
Daily safety inspections by superintendents

Catamount Foundation

The Catamount Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which supports worthy causes which intersect or overlap with the construction industry. The Foundation focuses on supporting individuals within the community who have experienced an unexpected hardship; seeks to introduce young people to the industry by funding scholarships and related programs; and supporting safety and safety-education initiatives within the construction industry.
