Safety Is Core To Our Culture
We back this focus with a formal safety program developed specifically for our employee-owners and subcontractors, and a commitment from every individual throughout the company to create a safe and positive work environment.
Our comprehensive program incorporates several specialized training programs to meet or exceed OSHA requirements, including:
- Routine safety training for operation employees
- Monthly Project Executive, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager trainings
- Safety Moment included in all meetings
- Biweekly Safety Blitz meetings and education
- Weekly job site safety meetings
- Daily safety inspections by superintendents

Catamount Foundation
The Catamount Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which supports worthy causes which intersect or overlap with the construction industry. The Foundation focuses on supporting individuals within the community who have experienced an unexpected hardship; seeks to introduce young people to the industry by funding scholarships and related programs; and supporting safety and safety-education initiatives within the construction industry.
