We back this focus with a formal safety program developed specifically for our employee-owners and subcontractors, and a commitment from every individual throughout the company to create a safe and positive work environment.
Our comprehensive program incorporates several specialized training programs to meet or exceed OSHA requirements, including:
We are centered around a vision of shared success as employee-owners.
Being a 100% employee-owned company, our people are dedicated to the success of our clients, projects, and each other. They are active in the communities in which we live and look to make an impact with their work. Our employee-owners are based out of five office locations and across many projects nationwide.
Catamount actively participates with programs where we live and work, including giving thanks initiatives, team volunteer participation, and monetary donations to help build strong communities.
The Catamount Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which supports worthy causes which intersect or overlap with the construction industry. The Foundation focuses on supporting individuals within the community who have experienced an unexpected hardship; seeks to introduce young people to the industry by funding scholarships and related programs; and supporting safety and safety-education initiatives within the construction industry.
