With a portfolio of 56 completed BTR and multifamily projects valued at $1.4 billion, Catamount is a proven expert in delivering successful projects for clients and developers. Ford’s two decades in the construction industry encompasses projects totaling $7.25 billion, spanning 28,000 multifamily, BTR, condo, and senior living units and 6,500 student housing beds. His industry tenure includes notable positions at Fortune-Johnson, Crescent Communities, The Dinerstein Companies, and Cortland, marked by a track record of spearheading national expansions and leading strategic direction.
