Strong Catamount leadership starts with people. In Denver, Brandon Moore, Lara Vincent, Cara Carline, and Steve Ivey bring 107 years of combined industry experience and a shared commitment to serving others, taking ownership, and doing what’s right.
Their experience spans every stage of a project, from the first conversation and early planning through construction and completion. Just as important is how they put that experience to work: staying engaged, supporting their teams, following through on commitments, and earning trust one interaction at a time.

At Catamount, leadership isn’t limited to a title. Every employee-owner has the opportunity to lead through the decisions they make, the support they provide to others, and the ownership they take in their work. For Denver Senior Vice President Brandon Moore, creating an environment where people feel empowered to do exactly that is central to his role.
With 37 years of industry experience, Brandon provides strategic leadership across Denver’s teams and projects. He leads with Catamount’s core values, removes roadblocks, and supports teams as they make decisions and solve problems.

For Lara Vincent, Director of Business Development, nearly two decades in Colorado’s construction market have reinforced the importance of understanding what matters to clients and partners before determining how Catamount can help.

As those conversations move toward a project, Cara Carline, Director of Preconstruction, brings 25 years of experience to the table. She works alongside clients and project teams early to align design, budget, and schedule to identify risks before construction begins.
