San Antonio, Texas (June 25, 2026) — Catamount Constructors, a 100% employee-owned general contractor, announces the promotion of Jonathan Svoboda to Project Executive for the company’s San Antonio business unit.

With 25 years of construction experience, Svoboda has built a reputation for leading complex projects, developing teams, and delivering results for clients. Since joining Catamount in 2020, he has advanced through increasing leadership responsibilities, serving as Project Manager before being promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2023.

Throughout his career with Catamount, Svoboda has helped lead a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and renovation projects across Texas and beyond. He is known for building strong relationships, driving accountability, resolving challenges, maintaining strong financial performance, and upholding high standards for quality and safety.

As a Senior Project Manager, Svoboda has strengthened project delivery, developed operational staff, and mentored future leaders within the San Antonio business unit. As Project Executive, he will take on an expanded leadership role focused on developing high-performing teams, guiding project execution, supporting operational excellence, and driving successful outcomes for clients across the San Antonio market.
